Tallis produced some to the most decorative maps issued in the 19th century. All have baroque vignettes and unique ornate borders. A fine map with five vignettes for Rio De Janeiro, cape st antonio bahia, Monte Video, St Catharina, and boats on the Rio Negro
Condition is good with a single repaired rip at the top of the image. Image size is 14 inches x 9.5 inches with some outline color.
