A favorite from the series of General Land Offic maps that will show the progress of the survey across the great state, but with an interesting inclusion. This large map documents and identifies all of the hundreds of land grants that dot the state, from the southern border stretching all the way up to Shasta. A great reference, and a connection to the previous land owners and a different government. An interesting study.
Condition is good with a repaired opening tear and some supportive repairs to folds. Close and somewhat cropped lower left margin. Image size is approximately 36 x 30.25 (inches)
