A fine large engraving with good margins showing an interesting stage in US evolution. While most of the eastern states are established, the territories west of Missouri are still being developed, with a huge Nebraska territory reaching up to the Canadian border, and as far south as the "Territory of the West" and Texas, which as this point was still in its Republic borders. Well detailed for towns and railroads, with soft hand color distinguishing each state and territory.
