Carte Particuliere De L'Angleterre, de la Principaute de Galles et de la Partie Meridionale De L'ECosse
A fine example of the caliber of cartography that the French were producing in the 19th century. Beautiful sharp engravings on fine quality paper, this complimented by a bit of hand color, they are attractive maps, with decorative written titles and this map has endured very well. From a set that studies both ancient and recent history, this map is an interesting study done by Brue. This map for England shows the situation of the nation in the early 19th century. Very good condition.
