An interesting time frame for the islands, as this is when off shore banking became a growing industry in the islands. With now over 600 banks represented in the islands, this began a foundation of construction and growth that would distinguish it from the rest of the Caribbean. This advertising promotional map for the islands captures some of that energy and the unique business and cultural ecosystem as it was at the time.
