Includes regional and state history, along with points of interest around the state. A small folding map is included inside that notes the lines for cable and electric cars, as well as important buildings and businesses.
Condition is good with some repairs to the paper covers and some minor chipping, map is very clean. Book size is approximately 4.5 x 6.75(inches)
