Map Showing the Parks of Colorado, Fringed with Auriferous Mountains...
A classic promotional piece for the Colorado Territory, and that based on the work of one time governor, William Gilpin. Shows the core of the state from the San Luis Valley to North Park and a bit further west, with particular focus on the mining areas and roads near Denver, and near mountains. Does include the large "Indian Reserve" between the Big Sandy Creek and just beyond the Arkansas River.
Condition is very good, though the map is a bit faint on an old centerfold. Image size is approximately 13 x 9.5 (inches) on overall paper size of 22.25 x 15.5
