This is a large and very attractively colored map of the state issued just before the establishment of Denver County. The mountains and similar features are shown in shaded relief. In addition to the counties many towns, some quite ephemeral, are shown and the railroads of the state. The new Forest reserves appear, as do the various Mexican land Grants and the treaties and treaty boundaries that reduced the Ute reservation to its present size. An impressive detailed and colorful map.
