Our first encounter with this rare pocket guide to Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. With a guide that includes numerous photo images of sights to see and an accompanying text which includes a street guide, it is a pretty thorough pitch for the tourist. Inside are two maps, one for the city of Colorado Springs and another for "Colorado Springs and Vicinity", both are printed in red ink on thin paper, but have endured very well. We've never encountered the maps loose or in this context.
Condition is very good, with some minor separations at corner folds for the maps, and the guide is very good with clean, crisp paper covers and clean text. Image size for each map is approximately 15 x 15.5 (inches)
