Perhaps one of the most refreshing things about the 20th century pictorial map movement is refreshing that comes with all the women artists that were beginning to contribute unlike they had ever done in the past. Here is a fine example, a classic map for the city done initially in a mix of ink and watercolor and here produced in the post war era, by a woman artist, Henriett Lintner. In a soft style it depicts neighborhoods, buildings, key points of interest, from the Pentagon, to Chevy Chase and Silver Spring in the distance.

Condition is very good. Image size is 22 x 35
