A fine engraving for the island chain, from the big island to the Nihoa ("Modou-manou"), with an inset for "Ile de Oahou". While Hawaii notes many place names, little to nothing is shown for the other islands, such as Kauai (here "Tauai") which only notes "Wai-mea". Maps that just focus on Hawaii are desirable and not common.
