A map of the city on the brink of great change. Here the city earlier in the year that its central downtown would be ravaged by fire and recreated. Hand colored by ward, this map includes the railroads, as well as the grid of the streets, along with the budding green belt that is yet to encompass the city.
Condition is very good with some light foxing and wide margins. Image size is approximately 17 x 14 (inches)
