Indian Territory (Survey Progress)
Here, the eastern half of present day Oklahoma as it was in territorial times, showing all the key information for towns, roads, creeks and rivers, as well as the railroads of the time. No counties are shown yet, but just the boundaries of the reservations for the five civilized tribes. Printed color denotes the regions that are being surveyed in either blue (progress made in 1903) or yellow (progress made in 1902)
