Klein - Asien & Syrien (Turkey & Middle East)
An excellent example of the meticulous and fine engravings that German cartographers were making in the late 19th century. An amazing map for this portion of the Mid-East with particular focus on Turkey. An incredible gem for showing detail in the mountains, and full notations for towns, terrain, rivers, regional boundaries, all are shown with precision. A mix of both printed and hand color.
Condition is very good with some light age browning to the paper. Image size is 13.5 x 16 (inches).
