Wheat's work is considered the classic study of the mapping of the West and is the definitive reference. This reprint edition republishes the original in its entirety. The test is the same, but issued with slightly smaller margins and binding, and thus is less cumbersome than the original set. Likewise, the folding reproduction maps are of the highest standards, and in this case, they made some practical improvements.
