It's a big ask to look at human development in these fields, but this large map goes beyond just Stephen Hawking, Gauss and Eratosthenes. It's the addition of people like Hideki Yukawa who predicted the meson, Sonya Kovalevsky and her work in differential equations and mathematical astronomy, or the notation of the Yoruba people of Africa and their number system based on "20" which required complex subtraction. A great reminder of the powers found in human diversity. Condition is good with some scuffs, pinholes and dings. Image size is 24.5 x 38 (inches)
