This large map was issued with the reports of the Rail Road Survey giving a foundational understanding for portions of the nation and their potential for rail. It shows the region from Fort Benton to the Columbia River in excellent detail with the rivers and mountains and occasional posts. Numerous routes are shown as well and Stevens Explorations. Mullan's are also shown and some others including A Hudsons Bay Trail.
Condition is good with soiling and dampstaining, but without the fold loss and brittleness that can be typical. Image size is approximately 23.75 x 61 (inches)
