(MT) Montana Territory
A rare and interesting early large map for the Territory of Montana. Just fifteen years after it was established as a territory, this map shows the continued growth and settlement. Shows the counties and Indian reservations, as well as the railroad right of ways. While primitive, there are portions of the Rockies and nearby plains that have been well charted.
Condition is good some repairs to the old folds and minor loss at the corner folds and edges. Image size is approximately 32 x 31.75 (inches)
