Nepal
It's uncommon to find maps for the individual nations of the Himalayas, and this large specimen is a detailed work for just Nepal. Distilling its complex terrain into drainages, roads and major peaks, it also includes footpaths, trekking routes and of course air ports. While it shows the provincial and national borders, it does state at the bottom in small print that "the boundary lines are not authoritative", so beware, you might unknowingly wonder into China or Sikkim.
