(New Jersey) New Jersey
This is a very unusual map from the first edition of this atlas. It shows New Jersey divided into counties and with many of the towns and rivers named. The line dividing East and West Jersey is apparent. It is a sharp clear impression. Arrowsmith and Lewis were very skilled topographers but their material is very scarce. The map is identical to the 1804 edition. Condition is good with some very light foxing.
Image size is 10.5 x 8.5, uncolored as issued.
