Map, No 3. Showing Continuation of Details of Fort Smith and Sante Fe Route, From Mounds Near 100½ Degree of Longitude To Tucumcari Creek
Spanning through modern day northern Texas and eastern New Mexico, this map shows the continued paths of both the "Emigrants" and that of the "U.S. Troops" through the area, with plenty of practical notations for areas with "abundant water" or "deficient wood". Does show the area as that of the "Comanchee and Kioway Indians". Early and uncommon.
Condition is very good. Image size is approximately 11 x 19.75 (inches)
