Here's a rarity. This French engraving shows the continent with the US spanning the East Coast and in the south, reaching to the Mississippi River, but stopped at the Ohio River. Uniquely, beyond the Allegheny Mountains and above the Ohio River is the eastern reaches of a massive “Colombie” territory. Spanning most of the continent, and bounded by the Missouri River and the Ohio it dominates the map.
Condition is very good with a close right hand margin. 8 x 9, uncolored as issued
