A fine map from the great Royal Geographical Society that strove to understand some of the more remote regions of the world. This set of six maps takes a look, thematically at the North Pole, its river Basins, Temperature in Coldest Month, Rain & Snow, etc. An uncommon look at the statistical diversity of the region where temperatures range from below -35 degrees to just above 40 degrees. .
