Map of Indian Territory Gray, 1874 It's a changing amalgam of reservations for native peoples, with tribes brought in from very far east of the Mississippi River as well as west of it. The land tracts are mostly bounded by drainages and lines of longitude with some unlabeled with a tribal name. Does note a small "Canadian District" in the east, and in the southwest corner a "Greer" county. Few towns or settlements shown save for the eastern third of the territory. Condition is very good. Image size is approximately 12 x 15 (inches)
