Indian Territory
Well prior to the incarnation of the Oklahoma Territory, this map shows the major terrain, drainages, towns, and the roads and rail lines. Shows each of the Indian reservations as they were each portioned a piece of the Indian Territory, from Nez Perces and Choctaw to Cheyennes and Cherokees. It was a confused amalgam of tribes, coming from diverse portions of the U.S.
