A historical reprint published by the city of New York as part of a review of development. Showing southern Manhattan as it was roughly fifty years prior, it is a primitive developing area with a grid that is partly instated and partly proposed.
Condition is very good, with some light off setting and a close left margin. Image size is 15.5 x 19.5 (inches).
