(Science) The chemical elements and their periodic relationships, J.F. Hyde, 1975
It's a rethinking of the periodic table of elements that has gained recent popularity for its design and methods of showing connections among elements. This copy was given by Hyde to his lab-mates at Dow along with his paper and news articles. As remembered by another doctor that worked by Hyde's lab, Hyde was a soft-spoken and thoughtful character that had created some important products in his day. And if you were stuck in your work, he was a guy that you might approach and see if he had insight. Inevitably he would have several ideas that might get you out of your dead-end and get traction again as you work on your problem. This pristine instance of his chart has sat in a tube untouched for decades. Overall size is approximately 24 x 32 (inches)
