South Dakota
A good map of the recently admitted state of South Dakota. Shows the well divided and populated counties east of the Missouri river, and west of it is a large notation for the area "Opened For Settlement By Treary of 1889". In this area west of the river and east of the border counties near the Black Hills are large named counties, most without a single placename, covering areas of "Indian Reservation".
