(Crab Nebula) Exploding Star
As far back as 1949 it was known to be producing radio waves and by '63 also shown to be emitting X-Rays. It's little wonder that early on in space exploration that this star that exploded in 1054 A.D. was a real point of interest. Here a early basic image for the star's remains.
Condition is good, though part of the image border is perforated for a three ring binder. Image size is approximately 8 x 10 (inches)
