(Lunar) This Is Where Ranger 6 Hit The Moon
This was probably the farthest target for humans to ever hit, and it wasn't too far off, just a mere twenty miles. This Associated Press photo was the means to report and illustrate, and celebrate the accomplishment of the scientists at JPL and NASA. It's an amazing close up from the frontier of Lunar exploration.
Condition is good, with minimal misfolds, an odd cut into the margin and some old tape. Image size is approximately 8 x 10 (inches)
