One of the earliest maps by the now celebrated king of ski trail maps, James Niehues. This was done not long after Bill Brown got him into the work, and here we see some of the trademark style and color palette that would become pronounced in his prolific work. This is a much bigger span of coverage for the ski resorts from British Columbia and Quebec, from Maine to North Carolina, and southern California. Full of skiing related notations historic and modern. Uncommon.
