At the beginning of the 20th century, it wasn't uncommon for cities in the West and Southwest to realize their lack of infrastructure, zoning, and planning was constraining and restricting their present and future. This fifteen page supplement includes five map looking at basics from street paving and zoning, to schools and more. The recommendation stresses that this would be implemented over the "decade or so"
Condition is good with some foxing and staining, but none effecting the maps, overall solid for newsprint of the time. Overall size is approximately 14 x 10.5 (inches)
