A Century Of Business Progress
Not an easy batch of data to compile at the time, but here a chart that reaches back over a century (1835) to look at the ebb and flow of the economy, some of the specific reasons for movement, and two individual lines, one blue and one white, that shows the trajectory of the bond market and the stock market. Notes the "Primary Post-War Depression" of 1921-22, soon followed after by the "Coolidge Prosperity", then into "7 years" of economic collapse, here referred to as the "Secondary Post War Depression".
