Notes the positions of U.S. bases, and includes several tables that discuss troop losses for the U.S. and even the aircraft loss from 1964 to April 23 of 1965, totaling "266 aircraft". Translated text mentions that "At present, more than three-quarters of South Vietnam's land and two-thirds of its people have been liberated".
