We've joked that if Preuss/Fremont supplied the first ever articulate map of the Oregon Trail, then this is the first ever cute map for the trail. Meant to gives young readers a sense of scope for the trail, here a soft and playful vision of the west unfolds to show the route of the settlers from Independence Missouri, to Oregon City.
