It's an event that has been hailed as the climax of the 60's counter-culture, and derided as a loud, muddy, drug-saturated debacle. Coined as "3 Days of Peace and Music" this New York underground newspaper issued a day before the festival began was promoting the event, and features an article on the scene. Most striking though is the cover map that shows how to get to the festival grounds, with a definite 60's flair. The map is a tangle of guitar neck roads, birds and nude women... it echos of the Beatles' "Yellow Submarine" period.

The entire issue is complete and condition is good with some small marginal tears and light dampstaining . Image size is 15 x 10.25 (inches).
