(World - Ocean Floor) The Ocean Floor, Earl Bateman, 1985
Sometimes to really see something, you need a totally different perspective on the issue. This is just what Mr Bateman did in trying to give a new understanding to the dynamics of the sea floor. With two maps on this large sheet that invert that standards colors in order to get you to think that there is actually land underneath all that water, this map also includes raised inks that will glow in the dark to illustrate the tectonic dynamics. An uncommon map with a unique take on the subject.
Condition is fair, on backing board with some minor tears, dings and misfolds . Image size is approximately 35.5 x 35.5(inches)
